01 A factory, not a trading desk
Cutting, sewing, reflective tape application, inspection and packing all happen on our own floor. You are not talking to an office that forwards your enquiry to a workshop it does not control — which is what happens on most sourcing platforms.

02 Built to the standard your market buys on
Our catalogue already includes styles constructed to ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2, CSA Z96 Class 2 and EN ISO 20471, plus EN 1150 constructions for children’s vests. Tell us the market and the class, and we build the configuration that fits it.
Straight answer: a construction built to a standard is not the same as a
certificate. We tell you per style what test documentation we can supply
before you order — see the standards section below.
03 Customization runs on the same line
Colour, tape width and layout, closure type, pocket count, sizing, logo method, labelling and packaging. You are not moving to a second supplier or paying a middleman to coordinate a custom run.

MOQ 200 pcs to run a mass production. Payment 30% T/T in advance, balance against B/L copy. Unbranded samples are free and you cover the freight; a sample built to your own design is around USD 50.

What we will and will not claim
Our vests are built to these constructions — that is not the same thing as a certificate covering your specific order. We do not publish a blanket compliance claim across the whole catalogue, and you should be wary of any manufacturer who does. Changing tape width, layout, colour or closure can change how a garment assesses, so it is reviewed style by style, not company-wide.

From fabric to finished vest
Four stages, all in-house. This is the sequence your order runs through, in the order it runs through it.

Fabric cutting
Fabric is cut to the order. Sizes and design are approved before mass production starts — nothing gets cut against an unapproved spec.
02
Sewing & reflective tape
The main production stage. Reflective material is sewn on, or heat-transfer reflective strap is applied to the fluorescent fabric. Logos are printed before sewing.
03
Inspection & packing
Threads trimmed, vests inspected, then packed into polybags or the customized packing you specified.
04
Delivery
Cartons go to your forwarder’s warehouse, or we load the container at the factory. You nominate the Incoterm.

The checks above are in-house production controls. They are not a substitute for third-party retroreflectivity or colourfastness testing. If your buyer requires a test report, say so in your enquiry and we will confirm what can be arranged for that specific style and who would issue it.

Are you a reflective vest manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Yuyao Ke’An Reflective Products Co., Ltd. — trading as Yolite — has produced reflective clothing in China since 2008, with more than 200 people and a complete line for reflective vests. Fabric cutting, sewing, reflective tape application, inspection and packing all run in-house.
What is your MOQ?
200 pcs to run a mass production. Heavy customization on a new style can move that, so send the style and your target quantity and we will confirm the minimum for that specific combination rather than quoting you a number that does not apply.
Can you produce EN ISO 20471 reflective vests?
We build vests to EN ISO 20471 constructions, and our product range already includes styles specified that way. What we will not do is claim a blanket certification across the catalogue.
Tell us the class you need and whether your customer requires third-party test documentation, and we will confirm in writing what is available for that exact style before you place the order.
Can you make ANSI Class 2 safety vests?
Yes — ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 construction is one of our standing catalogue styles, and it is the most common request from North American buyers. CSA Z96 Class 2 with 5-point breakaway is also a running style for the Canadian market.
Can I customize the vest colour and reflective tape?
Yes. Fabric type and weight, fluorescent or non-standard colour, contrast panels, tape width, band count, band placement, and whether the tape is sewn on or heat-transferred. If you send a drawing we will tell you which parts of it are buildable as drawn.
Can you print our company logo?
Yes — screen print, heat transfer and reflective logo, applied before sewing. Send artwork with the position, size and colours you want and we will confirm the method that suits your run size.
Can you make custom packaging?
Yes. Polybag, woven or printed labels, barcode, carton marking and retail-ready packaging. Specify it in the enquiry so it is priced in from the start rather than added later.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. A sample without a logo is free of charge — you cover the freight. A sample made to your own design carries a sample-making cost, around USD 50. For bulk orders we build a pre-production sample to the agreed spec and revise it until you sign it off.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Style or reference photo, target market and class, colour, quantity, whether you need a logo, and your preferred Incoterm. Those six things are usually enough for a firm number. If you only have a photo of a vest you currently buy, send that — it is often faster than a written spec.
Can you manufacture from our existing vest sample?
Yes, and it is the cleanest way to work. Send the physical vest or clear photographs of the front, back, closure and tape layout. We will identify the closest base style on our line, list what differs, and quote against your sample rather than against our catalogue.
What are your payment terms?
30% T/T in advance, with the balance against B/L copy. Nominate your Incoterm — EXW, FOB or CIF — in the enquiry and we will quote on that basis.
